FIB's COMMISSION T.O.S.

Terms:
"Product" refers to the artwork commissioned.
"Seller" refers to the artist, AKA Fib Pictoprojects
"Customer" refers to the person buying the artwork commissioned

1. Customer agrees to pay the amount due upfront for orders at or below $50 USD.
2. For orders above $50 USD, The customer agrees to pay half upfront, and half upon completion.
3. Customer accepts work on the product will not be worked on until payment is sent on the agreed schedule.

1. Product will be sent digitally to the customers email address after final payment is sent.
2. Any other type of delivery must be mutually agreed on by the customer and the seller. Other types of delivery include: Discord DM's, social media messages. If the product is physical, the customer agrees to pay any costs incurred by the delivery method, such as postal costs or digital service fees.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to propose a delivery method that works for them. The seller is not held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the files, or for impediments such as spam filters outside of the sellers control.
4. Upon delivery of the files, it is the Customers responsibility to store the files somewhere safe they can access. Seller will not reimburse for lost property, and cannot guarantee they will still have the original file after the commission is sent.

1. Customer agrees to pay fill amount in USD
2. It is the customers responsibility to cover conversion fees and any other costs involved with transferring funds to the seller

1. The customer has the right to request a full refund if work has not been started on the product within three work weeks. This does not include work interuptions, such as illness or injury.
2. Customer will do their best to communicate quickly with the seller, responding to requests for comments, clarification, or validtaion of progress, etc, within 24 hours. Lack of communication will imply approval of work progress.

1. The product is made for the customer for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial use such as reselling or reproducing the product will have to be approved by the seller. This will require a seperate agreement between the customer and seller based on use of said product
2. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

1. The seller holds the right to deny or cancel a commission for any reason, giving the customer a full refund on the case of cancellation. The seller does not need to give a reason to th cutsomer for this
2. Disrespectful behavior towards the seller will not be tolerated, and can result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will recieve a refund based on amount of work completed, and the seller holds teh right to refuse further business from the customer.
